Earlier in her career, Leena honed her client-facing and communications skills in senior customer care and process training roles at leading organisations, where she consistently delivered to the highest standards — winning the Star Performer Award on multiple occasions — and went on to train and develop new team members, a responsibility that reflects the trust placed in her and her natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
